Main principle:
-* The text creator create an account on ZohoWriter (URL above)
-* The text creator create the text online (ZohoWriter)
-* He proposes the text share to the persons of his choice via their email address
-* The invited persons receive an email notification and can modify now the text online
-* At every moment, it is possible to generate a Word etc... file copy
-* An update history exists too and allow to generate a file copy at a precedent state
