Submission Deadlines & Notification Dates :
- Contributed Abstracts : Dec 15th - Jan 31th
- Pre-registration : Dec 15 th - Janv 31th
- Registration with accomodation payment : Feb 15 th - March 1st
The conference is free of charge, and the number of places is limited to 60 participants in order to give the opportunity to all participants to present their work.
Registration include
- Conference entrance
- Conference materials
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Conference dinners
- All accommodation for the evening conference in Melle!
The registration process is as follows:
- Submit your abstract (see Registration) at easy.conference2017@gmail.com
- As the time you will send your abstract, you will be required to pre-registre for the meeting.
- Proposals will be reviewed and selected by the Scientific committee for long talk 10min) and short talk (5min).
- All submitters will be notified of acceptance decisions by end-January.
- If accepted, you will be required to register, and book and pay accommodation fees before March 1st (details here).
